Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material that was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing, or if you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to law, to use the material in the manner complained of, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information to our DMCA Agent:

  1. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your jurisdiction and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a counter-notification, we may reinstate the material in question at our discretion, provided that the original complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days of receiving the counter-notification.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers.
